It all started in 1975, in a totally different context. One of the veterans in the cooperative sector in Maharashtra the late Hon’ble Shri Jayajirao Shinde established an institution called ‘Bharatiya Sugar.’ He was inspired by two of the most distinguished personalities namely the late Hon’ble Yashwantrao Chavan and the late Hon’ble Vasantdada Patil. This organization soon became a popular platform for exchanging state-of-the-art knowledge in the Indian as well as International sugar industry.
Bharatiya Group is now diversifying. It has just entered the sensational world of Fashion and Modelling. We have launched a 4-monthly Fashion magazine named Mode and Models. This periodical would focus on presenting diversified cultures, traditions, costumes, concepts of beauty etc from all over the World. Whereas most fashion magazines are focused more on glamour, ‘Modes and Models’ is all set to bring about the real flavour of International fashion.
This new venture is arriving with a lot of activities. There will be Beauty and Designer Contests and Fashion shows, besides a lot many other fashion events. There would also be ‘Fashion Weeks’ full of interesting events. It would be certainly be a great experience for fashion lovers.
Modes and Models intents to demonstrate the beauty of traditional fashion, the richness of customs in various corners of the World and the fast changing trends of International Fashion.
